ISPA Technology is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Administrator to join our IT team. This role will support day-to-day system administration tasks across both Windows and Linux environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with troubleshooting, server hardware support, and workstation imaging for secure lab environments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and technical support for systems in both Windows and Linux environments.
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Support the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting ofvirtual machines (VMs) and physical server hardware.
- Perform computer imaging and deployment tasks forCAF, CAFd, and CAFc laboratory environments.
- Help maintain system documentation, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to ensure systems remain secure, stable, and operational.
- Ability to support administrative and troubleshooting tasks in aWindows and Linux environment.
- Familiarity with virtual machine platforms and server hardware, including setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to image computers forCAF, CAFd, and CAFc labs, ensuring compliance with technical and security requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
