- Lead and oversee the execution of a complex contract supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD)
- Inspire and align cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration to achieve mission objectives while managing stakeholder relations
- Oversee planning, execution, and risk management to deliver complex projects on time and within scope
- Integrate technical expertise and operational insight to shape M&S, engineering, and tactics solutions to meet mission needs
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual, regulatory, and security requirements by maintaining transparent and accurate reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in technical or operational program management
- Navy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of M&S and Tactics development to include mission, training, and engineering simulations; fleet certification and post-mission analysis; and concept of operations (CONOPS) development
- Software development experience using languages such as C#, C++, React, Qt, Python, or MATLAB; proficiency in Agile or Dev Sec Ops ecosystems is required
- Familiarity with cybersecurity policies and frameworks, including Risk Management Framework development
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory
- Candidates are required to have an active DoD Secret clearance upon hire and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.
