US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Route and expedite the movement of materials and equipment to meet schedules, deadlines, and priorities by tracking critical, urgently needed requirements;
Receive, inspect, and accept material and supplies to verify shipments and deliveries are complete and accurate, and material is in good condition;
Coordinate with the designated Buyer to determine the requestor and issue the material to the requestor or return the material to the vendor;
Operate material handling equipment up to including 10,000-pound capacity to move material and reposition assets
