About

the Role

As a Shipping Associate at our Panama City, FL facility, you'll be the backbone of our outbound logistics operation. You'll coordinate and oversee outgoing shipments, manage logistics documentation, ensure accurate order processing, track inventory, and keep communication flowing between internal teams and external carriers. What

You’ll Do
  • Coordinate and oversee outgoing shipments, selecting carriers and scheduling pickups
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation — bills of lading, packing lists, and other required paperwork — ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Verify outgoing orders against pick tickets and work orders to confirm items, quantities, and labeling are correct
  • Track shipment status and provide timely updates to internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability for upcoming orders and flag potential shortages
  • Inspect outgoing products and packaging to ensure they meet quality and shipping standards
  • Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) to stage and load outbound freight
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and hazard‑free shipping area
  • Utilize ERP systems and Microsoft Office to log production data and maintain accurate shipping records
  • Collaborate with production, quality, and customer service teams to fulfill orders on time
  • Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement efforts in shipping operations
  • Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility preferred
  • Solid understanding of standard shipping procedures, freight terminology, and documentation requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with shipping software or ERP systems a plus
  • Strong attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and order processing
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
  • Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and a team‑first mindset
  • Willingness to undergo background check, drug test, and physical

    Work in a facility with loud noise, extreme temperatures, and environmental stressors
