Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Auto Body Refinish Prepper to join our winning team. The role involves preparing vehicles for refinishing to restore them to pre‑accident condition.

• Surface preparation, vehicle masking, priming, and top coating.
• Apply all primers, sealers, base coats, color coats, and clear coats.
• Perform restoration of anti‑corrosion treatments, identify substrate, mix products, and apply finishes.
• Evaluate bodywork to ensure a quality paint job will result.
• Prepare the vehicle to meet insurance guidelines and standards at the collision repair facility.

$15 – $20 per hour, flat rate, performance‑based structure tied to turned hours. Compensation includes a guarantee of applicable minimum wage for less than minimum hours.
