About the Role
We are seeking experienced and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurses (ER RNs) to join a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department
. This role demands strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to provide exceptional care to a diverse patient population. You’ll work with a supportive team of healthcare professionals who prioritize teamwork, safety, and patient-centered care.
Available Shifts
Key Responsibilities
Triage, assess, and treat patients with varying levels of acuity
Deliver high-quality emergency and trauma nursing care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Prioritize and manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment
Educate patients and families on discharge instructions and follow-up needs
Maintain strict adherence to hospital policies and patient safety standards
QualificationsActive Florida RN license or multistate compact license
1+ year of recent acute care experience (within the last year) required
ADN or Diploma in Nursing required; BSN preferred
BLS required prior to start
Must obtain ACLS, PALS, and CPI (Nonviolent Crisis Intervention) within 90 days of hire
