What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized 1:1 in-home nursing care
- Support patients and families with ongoing clinical needs
- Follow care plans and document accurately
- Perform skilled RN clinical care including assessments, medication management, and coordination of care

What You Need
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 1+ year nursing experience
