Registered Nurse Manager - Emergency Services

Permanent Progeny HR Solutions LLC is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our Emergency Services department in Panama City, FL. As the Registered Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the emergency department, including patient care, staff management, and budgetary considerations.

• Oversee and manage all operations of the emergency department, ensuring high-quality and efficient patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Hire, train, and evaluate nursing staff, providing feedback and support for professional development.
• Monitor and manage department budget, including staffing, supplies, and equipment.
• Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure confidentiality of all patient information.
• Handle any patient or staff concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay current on advancements and changes in emergency medicine and implement best practices in the department.

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Florida.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required;
  Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in emergency nursing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and other computer systems.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
