Job Summary and QualificationsThe Manager of Inpatient Rehab Nursing is responsible for day-to-day provision of care rendered to patients in the department, assists with oversight of daily operations, manages all staff members in the department and works closely with medical staff members. Maintains an active role in community education and serves as a resource to the Department.
What qualifications you will need:
- Current FL RN license required or appropriate compact licensure
- American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification required within 30 days
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma from an accredited institution required
- 3+ years of applicable experience
- 1+ year of leadership experience
