• Patient Ratios: 1:6
• Unit staffing description (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 CN/4 RN/2 PCT
• Type of equipment:
  Bladder scan/ basic vital sign
• Documentation system:
  Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: 36 hrs/week
• Floating policy:
  Subject to house requirement
• Patient Experience requirements:
  Good attitude

• Certifications:
  
  BLS

• Advanced skills needed: IV insertion, NG tube insertion, chest tube management, Foley catheter insertion/removal, bladder scan, basic I/O’s management, must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, physician interaction and engagement
