As the Director of Nursing at First Place Pediatrics, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring the highest standards of care for our pediatric patients. • Oversee nursing staff and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid state license; BSN or higher preferred.
• Proven experience in nursing administration or leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of pediatric healthcare practices and regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
