• Provide advanced neonatal care in a busy 28-bed Level III NICU
• Participate in a collaborative in-house NNP model delivering 24/7 coverage
• Manage an average census of approximately 19 critically ill neonates daily
• Support roughly 2,700 annual deliveries with high-risk pregnancies
• Perform neonatal assessments, daily rounds, and manage acute care
• Attend high-risk deliveries and participate in neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency
• Collaborate closely with neonatologists and multidisciplinary team members
• Exercise clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making in patient care
• Work alongside a dedicated neonatal transport team and utilize subspecialty support services
• Contribute to a team-oriented, patient-centered practice environment
• Participate in educational activities, including opportunities with medical students from local institutions

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
• Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in neonatal or pediatric critical care
• Strong clinical judgment, autonomous decision-making skills

• Experience in Level III NICU settings
• Experience attending high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
