- Provide advanced neonatal care within a 28-bed Level III NICU
- Manage an average of 19 NICU patients daily, supporting approximately 2,700 deliveries annually
- Conduct daily neonatal rounds and patient management
- Deliver acute care for critically ill neonates
- Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
- Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency and experience
- Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU team members
- Exercise autonomous clinical judgment in patient care
- Support neonatal transport team operations
- Contribute to a team-focused, evidence-based neonatal practice emphasizing safety and quality
- Florida Neonatal Nurse Practitioner license (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience (required)
- Strong clinical judgment and neonatal management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
