Admissions Registered Nurse (RN)
This full-time opportunity offers 36 hours per week, full benefits, and a convenient 4-week schedule. Recent Graduates welcome. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested. New $2500 Sign-On Bonus is available for full-time positions for new employees! Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides inpatient treatment services to adolescents and adults at our 86-bed facility in Panama City, FL and outpatient services to adolescents and adults at our four outpatient centers located throughout the Florida Panhandle.
Additionally, we offer specialized treatment for active duty military members through our Military Resiliency Program, specialized chemical dependency treatment and TMS therapy for chronic depression.

Job Duties:
- Conducts complete nursing assessment of all admissions including risk assessments (SAO, elopement, assault, suicide); educational needs, and medication review.
- Completes all required nursing documents within established time frame.
- Assist the assigned Nursing Team to include but not limited to Initial Nurses Assessment, Initial Treatment Planning, verifying orders, consents, report and searches, and assist with staff breaks.
- Chart group notes, observations, interactions with patients, and pertinent information relative to patient care using the designated charting format.
- Provide and document patient and family education

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Current FL RN License or compact license
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 2pm-10:30pm
- Employment with Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital requires successful completion of a Level II background Screening.
