• Provide advanced neonatal care within a 28-bed Level III NICU
• Participate in 24/7 in-house neonatal NP coverage
• Manage daily patient rounds and care for approximately 19 neonatal patients
• Support around 2,700 deliveries annually
• Attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal resuscitations
• Perform neonatal procedures based on clinical competency
• Collaborate with neonatologists and multidisciplinary NICU staff
• Exercise clinical judgment and autonomous decision-making
• Work with dedicated neonatal transport teams
• Engage in educational opportunities, including collaborations with medical schools
• Focus on delivering evidence-based, safe, and quality neonatal care

• Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification
• Florida license or eligibility to obtain one
• Minimum of 1-2 years NICU or neonatal experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
