We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawn and Palm Trimming Lead to join our dynamic landscaping team. As a Lawn and Palm Trimming Lead, you will be responsible for supervising a team of lawn and palm trimmers, ensuring the timely and efficient completion of all landscaping tasks. You will also be responsible for training new employees, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the safety of all team members.

• Supervise and work alongside a team of lawn and palm trimmers
• Ensure the timely and efficient completion of all landscaping tasks
• Train new employees on landscaping techniques and safety procedures
• Maintain and troubleshoot landscaping equipment
• Inspect landscaping work for quality and adherence to company standards
• Complete all required paperwork and documentation
• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
• Assist with customer service inquiries and complaints
• Work weekends and holidays as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a lawn and palm trimmer
• Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team of employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license

• Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
