QA Automation Engineer

• Create, run, and maintain automated tests for web and mobile applications
• Test video calls, including setup, quality, connectivity, and reconnection
• Test phone calls and their integration with real-time communication features
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing
• Create and maintain automated API tests
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot application, test, or environment issues
• Document defects clearly and work with developers through resolution
• Help improve test strategy, coverage, and automation frameworks
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and maintain reliable test runs
• Create load and performance tests and report the results
• Work directly with the client’s engineering, product, and QA teams
• Proactively communicate progress, risks, and blockers

• At least three years of professional experience in QA automation
• Strong coding and scripting skills in at least one modern programming language
• Experience designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites
• Solid functional testing experience, including test case design and execution
• Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications
• Experience with API testing, including validating requests, responses, and integrations
• Working knowledge of load and performance testing concepts and practices
• Ability to analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and document defects clearly and precisely
• Familiarity with version control and CI/CD workflows
• Fluent spoken and written English

Proficient in analyzing test results and troubleshooting issues while effectively communicating with engineering and product teams.
