Job Overview

Retail Display Installer – Technology, located in Market - SS - FL - Panama City. Travel up to 90 miles from home, paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Work Monday–Friday; weekends not required unless needed.

• Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability up‑to‑date.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates, including installing and building displays, end caps, and fixtures.
• Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
• Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys associated with each job before leaving the site.
• Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures remain functional.
• Participate in early morning installations and multi‑person teams (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members as needed and contribute to the team’s success.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily and correct as necessary.
• Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
• Participate in training and certification programs.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Schedule and plan work hours; availability may vary week to week, including occasional early mornings, weekends, or holidays.

• A minimum age of 18; authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, and kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead.
• Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights as required.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Strong communication skills via phone, text, and email; adept at using a smartphone for tasks such as clocking in/out, uploading photos, and using applications.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow planogram directives and secondary communication.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial; not mandatory.

• $17.00 per hour.
