Interact with hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.;
Respond to leads in a timely fashion, answer questions, and guide customers from phone and internet contact to in-store experience.;
Negotiate terms to ensure that payment options meet customers' lifestyles, budgets, and expectations and close the deal.;
Provide an exceptional customer experience before and after purchase and drive loyalty through follow-up.;
Transition customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
