Kitchen Tune‑Up is a locally owned remodeling franchise looking for a Bay County, FL resident to sell and oversee cabinet remodeling projects. The position is flexible, with onsite client visits and project oversight.

Applicants must live in Bay County, FL and be coachable, adaptable, sales‑oriented professionals seeking part‑time income with potential bonus opportunities.

• Manage sales prospects, appointments, proposals and client projects from beginning to end.
• Maintain frequent communication with clients and prompt follow‑up with prospects and clients.
• Conduct the Kitchen Tune‑Up sales process as demonstrated by the franchise owners.
• Ask for the sale, persist in follow‑up, and maintain a strong desire to succeed.
• Track and maintain notes in the Kitchen Tune‑Up CRM software.
• Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire, positioning yourself as an industry professional.
• Communicate regularly with the franchise owners and follow instructions for the sales process.
• Generate self‑managed leads through home shows, local networking events, and neighbor canvassing or door hangers.
• Measure job sites for all project requirements: doors, drawers, openings, countertops, floor plans, etc.
• Document all measurements and job specifications for ordering.
• Receive and inspect all project materials upon delivery; document and report any damages, incorrect or missing products to franchise owners immediately.
• Coordinate project timeline with installers and manage scheduling.
• Arrange delivery of materials to the job site and communicate timelines with clients.
• Inspect daily progress through project completion with final walk‑through, and send feedback to the franchise owners regularly.

• Residential remodeling or construction management experience preferred
