Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting site personnel and following reporting protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help to deter unauthorized entry, assist with directions, and/or report security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel
