** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort location.

+ Respond to incidents, guest concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, guest amenity areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted locations, assisting with visitor direction, credential checks, and other security-related support aligned with site expectations.

+ Support day-to-day resort operations by observing for maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, then reporting concerns through the proper channels.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ A guard card and/or license is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
