Pay Rate: $21.22 / Hour
Job Schedule: Mon – Tue – Wed: 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM.
What You’ll Do:- Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a hotel and resort location.
- Respond to incidents, guest concerns, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, hallways, guest amenity areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points, public areas, and restricted locations, assisting with visitor direction, credential checks, and other security‑related support aligned with site expectations.
- Support day‑to‑day resort operations by observing for maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious activity, then reporting concerns through the proper channels.
- Have at least 1 year of security‑related experience.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
