- Sand, refinish and restore hardwood flooring using professional equipment
- Apply stains, sealers and finishes (oil-based, water-based and specialty finishes)
- Repair and replace damaged wood flooring as needed
- Keep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Interact with customers in a friendly and polite manner, must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customer's home
- Job requires travel throughout the week primarily PC & PCB with travel to SRB or Port St. Joe
- 3 years in flooring installation
- Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly
- The position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and lifting
- This position travels to various work locations throughout the week
