Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00am-4:00pm (on call as scheduled)

High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

Employer will conduct a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities
  • Complete HVAC in-home service calls on equipment less than 10 years old, ensuring customer satisfaction with assistance and oversight.
  • Establish rapport with customers to recommend the right products and services, addressing their specific needs.
  • Ask lifestyle questions to effectively troubleshoot heating and cooling system malfunctions.
  • Educate and assist customers in selecting the best financing options and maintenance plans.
  • Understand and meet sales criteria, holding yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and expertise to win new referrals and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure the overall success of the business.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well-stocked, inventoried service truck.
  • Participate in training sessions, morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats to continue professional development.
  • Train and mentor apprentices, ensuring they develop the skills needed for accurate repairs and installations.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to apply them in practical, on-the-job situations.
  • Proven experience with heating and cooling systems, demonstrating competence in troubleshooting and repair.
  • Commitment to ongoing education and training, aiming to obtain NATE certification.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through abilities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Passion for Peaden and a deep appreciation for the brand.
  • High integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to build meaningful connections with clients.

Required Qualifications
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in the HVAC industry, demonstrating enthusiasm and commitment.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude, with a willingness to learn and apply new skills in HVAC terminology and practices.
  • A clean and safe driving record, with a valid drivers license and insurable driving history.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to safely work from 32-foot extension and 12-step ladders.
  • Willingness to invest in self-study and attend HVAC training seminars and classes to enhance knowledge.
  • Commitment to acquiring industry credentials such as EPA and NATE certifications.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, applying learned skills in the field.
  • Commitment to developing and applying excellent customer service skills in all interactions.
  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check.
Job Responsibilities
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
  • Assist with residential heating and cooling installations, following the guidance of the lead installer.
  • Report to job sites on time as scheduled and communicate arrival and departure times with dispatch.
  • Maintain job site cleanliness, restock truck materials, and dispose of used equipment and materials appropriately.
