IVA'AL Solutions, LLC seeks an Air Force Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate to support survivors and families through crisis intervention, safety planning, and case management. In this role, you will provide confidential advocacy services, explain reporting options and victims' rights, and coordinate care with Family Advocacy, command, medical, legal, and law enforcement partners. You will deliver outreach and training, maintain detailed case documentation, and follow Air Force and DoD policies while contributing to a mission-driven, collaborative, and client-focused culture supporting federal and defense customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention, safety planning, and ongoing support to Air Force domestic abuse victims and their families
  • Conduct risk assessments, coordinate emergency and follow-up services, and maintain confidential case documentation
  • Educate clients on reporting options, victims' rights, and available installation and community resources
  • Collaborate with command, Family Advocacy Program staff, medical, legal, and law enforcement personnel while protecting victim safety and confidentiality
  • Facilitate briefings, outreach, and prevention education to promote awareness of domestic abuse and available support services
  • Participate in case staffing, case management meetings, and data tracking in accordance with Air Force and Do
  • D policy
  • Support development and implementation of advocacy protocols, workflow improvements, and quality assurance processes
  • Maintain professional boundaries and adhere to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards for victim advocacy
