CDL Route Driver

Culligan is currently seeking individuals experienced in customer-focused positions to act as a route driver. The position profile requires that the individual be able to operate a company provided route vehicle, deliver product to, and maintain good customer service as well as acquire new business for additional services. Must be dependable, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Culligan offers competitive wages plus a commission plan and a generous benefits package.

Pay Details:

* $24-27/hr.

Specific Job Function:

* Drive company provided day cab tractor and dry van trailer/tanker.

* Normal working hours are from 3am-1pm T-TR

* Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders.

* Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates and hand trucks.

* Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.

* Maintain company vehicles and equipment.

* After completing route and taking care of daily duties of cleaning out truck and putting items away, check with manager for additional tasks.

* Complete any other responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED.

* 1-3 years of route experience preferred.

* Strong customer service skills and ability to follow protocols.

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* Maintain a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and a Class A CDL license

* Navigate throughout local area.

* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
