Job Overview

CDL-A OTR truck drivers interested in earning $90–$112K per year will only work 40 weeks and have 12 weeks off (9 months on, 3 months off), running no‑touch freight.

All freight is no‑touch and 85% drop‑and‑hook.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay ranges from $0.67 to $0.72 CPM, based on experience and hazmat qualifications. Full benefits begin after 60 days and include bonus, PTO, medical, dental, 401(k), and more.

Equipment & Routes

Trucks average 18 months old, equipped with fridge, microwave, inverter, APU, flat‑screen TV, and XM radio. Models include Freightliners, KW, or Internationals.

Drivers will run states: IL, IN, KY, WV, MI, OH, PA, NJ, TN, DE, MD, VA, CT, RI, MA, NC, SC, GA, and TN. No operations in New York City or the state of NY.

At the end of the 21‑day period, drivers will park at a company facility in OH, PA, or NC; the company pays for round‑trip flights. Trucks remain secured and unattended.

Required Experience

12 months of OTR experience in the last 15 months, with at least 2 months of driving in the Northeast or Upper Midwest during December, January, or February. Driving on I‑40 across the country does not count.

Qualifications & Eligibility

No DOT preventable recordable accidents in the last 5 years.
No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years (none major).
Combined total of moving violations and accidents must not exceed 3.
No major moving violations such as 15 over, reckless driving, or lane violations in the last 3 years.
No DUI in the last 8 years and only one ever.
Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test, regardless of when it occurred.
All felonies and misdemeanors must be at least 10 years old.
