USD 368 is seeking applications for an Elementary Education teaching position at Cottonwood Elementary School. This position is for the  school year- with an anticipated start date of 8/3/2026.

Cottonwood Elementary School serves PreK-2nd grade students and is located in Paola- KS.

Ideal candidates will hold Kansas licensure in either K-6 Elementary Education- K-6 Elementary Unified- or Birth-3rd Early Childhood Unified.

Base Pay:

BS - $49-600

Paola provides a mentoring program for first and second year teachers. Beginning teachers are paired with master teachers for support and guidance. At the completion of the program, new teachers have fulfilled the Kansas State Department of Education requirements to move from an initial to professional teaching license.
