Elementary Title Reading Teacher - Cottonwood Elementary School

USD 368 is seeking certified teaching applications for an Elementary Title I Reading Teacher at Cottonwood Elementary School. This position is for the  school year- with an anticipated start date of 8/3/2026.

This position is anticipated to provide reading support- instruction and intervention to students at Cottonwood Elementary School.

Ideal applicants willhold a KSDE Reading Specialist endorsement with experience as an elementary reading teacher and training in the Science of Reading. After 2028- this position will be required by KSDE to hold alicense containing the Kansas Seal of Literacy.

Paola provides a mentoring program for first and second year teachers. Beginning teachers are paired with master teachers for support and guidance. At the completion of the program, new teachers have fulfilled the Kansas State Department of Education requirements to move from an initial to professional teaching license.
