We are seeking a compassionate Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication challenges. This role primarily serves in educational settings, collaborating with families, educators, and mental health professionals to develop individualized, evidence‑based therapy plans. The SLP will provide both individual and group therapy, adapt approaches for clients with behavioral or mental health needs, and support communication strategies through training and documentation.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree, current state licensure, and strong assessment skills. Preference for candidates with CCC‑SLP and experience with AAC systems or mental health support.
Salary ranges from $75,000‑$85,000, with flexible hours and comprehensive benefits. We value diversity and are committed to an inclusive work environment.
Note: Sign‑on bonus of $2,500, paid in two installments.
