Role

Charge Nurse (LPN) in a skilled nursing community, responsible for clinical leadership and resident care during assigned shifts.

• Oversee nursing services, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Administer medications, treatments, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Conduct resident assessments, update care plans, and communicate changes to families and healthcare providers.
• Perform routine rounds, address incidents, and ensure safety and resident needs are met.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote quality care.
• Uphold the organization's mission, values, and standards.

• Current LPN license required.
• Knowledge of state and federal nursing regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical judgment skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing or senior care preferred.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., push, pull, and assist with resident mobility up to 100 lbs.
