Compensation

Hourly wage: $16 - $32 per hour (equaling or exceeding the minimum wage for the job location).

• Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
• Premiums are based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
• Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Meat / Produce associates are focused on keeping the Fresh area fully stocked.

They also rotate product and maintain proper food safety standards. After moving incoming merchandise out to the sales floor, they ensure Fresh displays are maintained and in proper order throughout the day.
