Queen’s Price Chopper – Receiving Position
Full-Time or Part-Time
The primary purpose of the Receiver is loading and unloading shipments, organizing backroom spaces and checking in all product. Receiver should be self‑motivated while working well as a team-player.
Duties and Responsibilities- Observe all store rules and company policies.
- Check in all shipments.
- Report damaged merchandise to managers.
- Prepare for store inventory.
- Use machinery such as forklifts.
- Observe all store rules and company policies.
- Comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Be able to exert up to 50 pounds.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
- Prior work experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
