Gym Manager/ Personal Trainer

I’m looking for a Location Leader. Not a “PT looking for more hours.” A leader.

Fit Stop Paola is growing, and I need someone who can take ownership of that location, the team, the standards, and the results.

You’ll still coach. But you’ll also:

• Lead the trainer team
• Drive client retention and performance
• Enforce standards on the gym floor
• Help grow revenue
• Take responsibility for the overall energy and culture

This role is for someone who:

• Already produces real results
• Doesn’t make excuses
• Takes initiative without being asked
• Wants more responsibility and higher income
• Thinks long-term
