Location:
Papillion, NE. Salary range: $89,110.84 – $ (effective July1,2026). Hiring Rate: $42.157 per hour. Closing date for applications:

- Supervise court staff, including prioritizing assignments, conducting performance evaluations, ensuring training, maintaining a safe work environment, and recommending hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions.
- Provide administrative control of all non‑judicial court activities; interpret and execute statutory mandates, court rules, personnel and procedural policies, and implement necessary changes.
- Prepare and administer the court budget; oversee all personnel and other expenditures; manage financial aspects of court operations, including collection, receipt, and accounting of fees, fines, and bonds.
- Oversee calendaring and case management, ensuring efficient processing of individual cases and overall caseload; review management reports with judges and the State Court Administrator to identify and resolve problem areas.
- Collect, analyze, and report relevant statistical, financial, and administrative data.
- Manage all physical facilities and equipment; participate in facilities planning; negotiate with county officials for upkeep, remodeling, or expansion; procure and maintain necessary furniture, equipment, and supplies.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature or level as assigned.
- Master’s degree in judicial, public, or business administration or a related field and a minimum of five years’ administrative experience, including experience in a court or related administrative setting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Accredited educational credentials from an institution approved by the U.S. Department of Education.
- Managerial principles; federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and statutes; criminal justice system; legal research methods; court policies, procedures, and forms; legal terminology and processes; customer service principles; records management and filing systems; computer applications.
- Monitoring and evaluating subordinate staff; prioritizing and assigning work; providing customer service; analyzing and preparing legal documents and correspondence; maintaining records and files; preparing reports and forms; assembling and organizing data; computer proficiency; effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Primarily sedentary work; occasional light physical effort not to exceed 20lb.
