At Hillcrest, our mission is simple:
Inspiring people to live their best lives. As the Lead Concierge, you will play an important role in overseeing concierge services, supporting residents with personalized needs, and helping daily community operations run smoothly.

What You'll Do

As the Lead Concierge, you will oversee the daily operation of Grand Lodge Concierge Services while serving as a key point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and team members. You will also provide clerical and office-management support to the Administrator and Sales Department.

You will:

  • Assist residents with personalized services, questions, concerns, maintenance requests, and other day-to-day needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between residents and the appropriate community departments.
  • Manage incoming telephone calls, visitors, deliveries, and outside vendors.
  • Create a warm, professional, and welcoming first impression for residents, families, guests, and community partners.
  • Review Daily Activity Logs from previous shifts and respond to outstanding messages, inquiries, and emails.
  • Participate in daily and weekly administrative meetings.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Administrator and Sales team.
  • Process invoices accurately and submit them for payment.
  • Process incoming and outgoing interoffice mail.
  • Monitor office-supply inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with Independent Living and Assisted Living Lifestyle Directors regarding upcoming events.
  • Manage and schedule Grand Lodge meeting rooms and the Grand Hall.
  • Communicate important updates and follow-up needs to the appropriate team members.
  • Support community projects, events, administrative needs, and additional responsibilities as assigned.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, highly organized, and comfortable serving as a central point of communication within the community.

The right candidate will have strong customer-service instincts, excellent follow-through, and the ability to balance resident needs with administrative responsibilities. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and creating positive experiences for others.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Experience in concierge services, hospitality, senior living, customer service, office administration, or a similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, vendors, and team members.
  • A service-focused approach and genuine interest in helping aging adults.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, interruptions, and follow-up items while remaining accurate and professional.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle concerns calmly, respectfully, and with appropriate urgency.
  • Strong accountability and follow-through.
  • Comfort working independently while remaining connected to the broader community team.
  • Experience managing telephone calls, visitors, schedules, invoices, mail, and office supplies.
  • Comfort using technology, office systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
  • A professional appearance and welcoming presence.
  • A team-first approach with the willingness to assist where needed.
