Automotive Technician
As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards. Your role will involve performing routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks while utilizing modern diagnostic tools and advanced automotive technology. You will work efficiently with hand tools and power tools, ensuring a high-quality customer experience through accurate and timely repairs. Collaboration with service advisors and fellow technicians in a team environment is key.
Responsibilities- Diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs as per manufacturer standards.
- Conduct routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and technology to enhance repair accuracy.
- Work efficiently with both hand tools and power tools.
- Deliver high-quality customer service through timely repairs.
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians.
- 1+ year of experience in automotive service or repair, dependent on level.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Capacity to lift up to 100 lbs. (50 lbs. overhead).
- Ability to perform physical movements required in an automotive shop environment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working in a shop performing oil changes, brake repairs, and other automotive repairs.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
- Mechanical troubleshooting skills.

WorkEnvironment
You will start in our current facility in Papillion, with plans to transition to a state-of-the-art facility in January 2027. The new environment will feature built-in toolboxes and workstations, enhancing your ability to perform efficiently and comfortably in an automotive shop setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Papillion, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
