Solar Construction Laborers - Butler, NE

Cinterra is seeking Construction Laborers for the NE-175 Solar Project in Butler, Nebraska. These individuals will support solar construction projects by performing a variety of physical tasks, operating tools, and assisting with equipment. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and able to work in demanding outdoor environments as part of a team.

• At least two years of construction experience (required)
• High School diploma or GED (required)
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations (required)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and travel frequently
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds or more
• Physical endurance for bending, stooping, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to traverse irregular and steep terrain
• Agility to climb ladders and scaffolding, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Manual dexterity, good balance, and hand-eye coordination
