Core-Mark seeks a Food Service Support Representative to drive customer success in our Food & Beverage Operations sales team. You'll serve as a key liaison for food service customers, managing orders, resolving service issues, and coordinating with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate account data, supporting promotions, and recommending product solutions. Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, familiarity with food service or distribution, and proficiency with order-entry and CRM tools.

Responsibilities
- Serve as primary support contact for food service customers, resolving order and service inquiries promptly
- Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Monitor inventory availability and communicate product substitutions or alternatives
- Support sales representatives with pricing, product information, and promotional programs
- Track and report on customer issues, trends, and service metrics
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and related systems
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and account teams to ensure on-time, complete deliveries
- Provide product and menu solution recommendations aligned with customer needs
- Assist with onboarding new food service accounts and supporting sales initiatives
