Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a school psychologist (or eligibility to obtain it before start date)
• Demonstrated experience working with elementary school-age children
• Strong skills in assessment, data interpretation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with special education processes, IEPs, and behavioral interventions
• Compassionate, student-centered approach with a commitment to educational equity

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and re-evaluations
• Interpret test results and write clear, actionable reports
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents/guardians
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
• Deliver individual and group counseling or skill-building sessions as appropriate
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Contribute to data-driven intervention strategies and positive behavioral supports
• Maintain accurate records according to district and legal standards
