- Passion for advocating for students with exceptional needs.
- Provide specialized instruction to K-6 students within a dedicated special education classroom setting.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for assigned students.
- Hold and participate in IEP meetings with parents, guardians, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and ancillary support personnel.
