Solar Heavy Equipment Operators - Butler NE
Cinterra is seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team for the NE-175 Solar Project in Butler, Nebraska. Operators will play a key role in supporting large utility and commercial solar construction projects, ensuring safe and efficient equipment operation. The ideal candidates are safety-focused, detail-oriented, and have prior solar experience.

- OSHA 10 or greater

- Endurance for physical tasks throughout the workday
- Agility and flexibility to navigate construction sites
- Ability to work in confined spaces and various weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor team members
