Job Overview

We’re seeking an E&IC Design Supervisor to lead the design and drafting of complex electrical, instrumentation, and controls systems within a nuclear environment. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise in system design, regulatory compliance, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of designers and drafters in the preparation of electrical and control system drawings.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple engineering projects.
  • Oversee design documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and review electrical and instrumentation design packages, layouts, and schematics.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams to ensure design integrity and constructability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical, instrumentation, or controls design within nuclear or heavy industrial sector.
  • Troubleshooting of wiring and control system issues.
  • Proficiency in Micro Station and/or AutoCAD for design and drafting.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, codes, and regulatory standards.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary projects and technical teams.
  • Working knowledge of ASME, NQA-1, and other relevant industry quality programs.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under complex project conditions.
