We are looking for a Senior Teamcenter Consultant to lead client-facing role in designing, configuring, and deploying Teamcenter solutions that solve complex engineering challenges and streamline enterprise workflows.
Experience: 10+ years
Responsibilities:

  • Lead offshore team and implement Teamcenter PLM solutions including customization, upgrade, deployments and integration or any other project.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and developers to understand client requirements and translate them into effective solutions to ensure smooth project execution with timely delivery.
  • Design and propose end-to-end PLM solutions that align with business needs and industry best practices.
  • Oversee and manage various deployments, ensuring timely delivery of solutions with minimal disruption.
  • Design and implement BMIDE, workflows, access controls, and data models
  • Develop and maintain integrations with CAD tools (Preferably NX) and ERP systems.
  • Support and optimize modules such as change management, document management, BOM, configuration, and variant management.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
  • Ensure timely delivery of technical components and maintain high standards of code quality
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in engineering
Preferred skills:
  • Hands‑on experience with Siemens Teamcenter PLM, including strong knowledge of architecture, deployment, and customization.
  • Experience with CAD integration (especially NX) and basic ERP knowledge.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS or Azure) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Work on global PLM transformation projects with leading OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • If found fit will be given opportunity to lead US geography.
