As our Contracts Manager, you’ll jump into the action on utility‑scale solar and battery projects from pre‑RFP to NTP. You’ll own and influence contract drafting, negotiations, and risk management across EPC contracts and project execution strategy.

This isn’t just redlining docs—this is being a strategic voice in how Bright Night structures deals that help decarbonize the grid.

• ✔️ Know your way around EPCs, module and inverter supply contracts, BESS procurement, and long‑lead POs.
• ✔️ Speak fluent “commercial + legal,” and can translate strategy into bulletproof terms.
• ✔️ Understand risk (schedule, LDs, indemnities, oh my!) and know how to mitigate it like a boss.
• ✔️ Collaborate like a pro with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Project Dev.
• ✔️ Have 5+ years in energy, construction, infrastructure, or utilities—bonus points for clean energy.
