To support a growing institutional trading team, the full-time Prime Sales Trader will drive trading volume and deepen counter party relationships while providing best-in-class execution and liquidity solutions to sophisticated institutional clients in a remote-first environment.
Key responsibilities:- Drive increased trading volume by understanding clients' liquidity needs and providing real-time execution support
- Build and maintain trusted counter party relationships through quality execution and consistent service delivery
- Partner with internal teams to identify and onboard new client relationships, surfacing business opportunities across Coinbase's institutional product suite
- 3+ years of sales and/or trading experience in digital assets, FX, equities, credit, or derivatives at a top-tier institution
- Strong options trading capability, including pricing, hedging, and risk management of vanilla and/or exotic structures
- Proven ability to build and maintain counter party relationships with institutional clients
- Experience producing institutional-grade market commentary or client communications covering macro or digital asset themes
- Weekend availability required, as this role operates on a schedule that includes Saturday and Sunday
