Loan Servicing Manager
Our Loan Servicing Manager develops, implements, drives, and oversees the loan servicing team and all loan operations initiatives within the credit union. This leader will enhance portfolio monitoring, ensure compliance, collaborate with all leaders and team members and find better ways to serve our members and team members regarding existing loans. Assumes responsibility for the safety and soundness of the credit union's loan servicing, loan reporting and accuracy, process optimization, and lending accuracy regarding new loans.
Responsible for creating an environment where employees can cultivate and grow in their knowledge, skills, and development and where members are at the forefront of what we do each day.
Education and/or Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in lending or retail banking background with 2-4 years in a leadership capacity preferred.
- Experience with Fiserv DNA, Temenos, and or Origence ArcOS a plus
