Job OverviewAs our Chief Financial Officer, you are an essential member of the senior management team. The CFO is responsible for overall financial governance, policies, and administrative operations within the Accounting, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs departments. This role has a high degree of responsibility and accountability for the performance of these departments, including financial reporting and communication, financial and enterprise risk management, business planning and analysis, asset‑liability management, data analytics and reporting, oversight of compliance, information security, and board of directors reporting and relations.
Responsibilities- Provide financial governance and oversight for Accounting, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs departments.
- Lead financial reporting and communication processes.
- Manage financial and enterprise risk, including asset‑liability and risk analytics.
- Oversee business planning and analysis.
- Ensure compliance, information security, and board reporting.
- Support executive decision‑making with data analysis and insights.
- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance executive.
- Deep knowledge of accounting, finance, and regulatory standards.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and board‑level presentation ability.
- Experience in risk management, asset‑liability management, and compliance.
