Position OverviewMCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a Licensed Health Insurance Representative who will play a vital role in educating and guiding customers to select the insurance policies that best meet their needs.

Responsibilities- Provide information to customers about healthcare options and insurance policies.
- Help customers choose appropriate insurance policies.
- Engage with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions.
- Ensure all activities and advice comply with regulations and policies.
- Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and other questions.
- Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations, healthcare policies, and market trends.
- Promote insurance products and meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding policies.
- Collaborate with team members and departments.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and improve skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule, analytical, problem-solving skills, ability to multitask.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable in completing assignments and attendance.
- Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
- Two 21” monitors.
- Broadband Internet via DSL, Cable, or Fiber.
- No wireless connections allowed for accessing work systems.
- Own headset (specific models to be recommended).
Starting compensation based on experience, with benefits including PTO, incentives, health coverage, retirement plans, disability and life insurance, career growth, paid training, and a casual work environment.
Physical & Other ConditionsThis role is largely sedentary, requiring sitting/standing for long periods, operating office equipment, and occasional movement.
